These Terms of Service govern your use of barrowandbond.com and your purchases from Barrow & Bond. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Accounts

You may browse without an account. To place an order you provide accurate contact and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.

Products and pricing

We aim for accuracy in every product description, photo, and price. If we discover an error — a misprint on the price, a stock issue, a description that misrepresents the product — we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel the affected orders, refunding in full. We will email you if this happens.

Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed at the time of order via Stripe. No surprise charges.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation email is a receipt that we received your order — not an acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example: suspected fraud, supplier-side stock issues, shipping address that we cannot serve).

Intellectual property

The Barrow & Bond name, wordmark, photographs, copy, and product designs are our property. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. If you share an image of your own Barrow & Bond set on social media, tagging us grants us a non-exclusive license to repost with credit.

User content

If you submit photos via #attheBBtable, tag @barrowandbond, or email us photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use them in our marketing with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barrow & Bond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
