What we collect

When you visit the site we receive your IP address, browser, device, and referring page. When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number. Payment details are processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders, communicate about shipping, respond to customer service inquiries, and — if you opt in — send marketing emails about new products and hosting guides. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every marketing email.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for: Shopify cart and session management; Meta Pixel for advertising effectiveness measurement; Klaviyo for email behavior. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may impact site functionality.
