Returns and Refunds

Barrow & Bond is currently in prelaunch and is not accepting product orders. This policy will apply when checkout opens.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the watch or accessory must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with all protective materials, tags, documentation, accessories, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return authorization

Contact smxlventures@gmail.com before sending anything back. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we confirm a covered issue, Barrow & Bond will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, return label, or refund remedy.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on preference-based returns unless we agree otherwise in writing. Barrow & Bond covers reasonable return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Exclusions

Final-sale items, gift cards, products altered or engraved at the customer's request, and items showing wear, impact, misuse, water intrusion, unauthorized repair, or missing components may not qualify for a discretionary return. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or a separate written warranty.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time after Shopify confirms the refund.
