Returns

The simple version.

If it doesn't fit, send it back within fourteen days, unworn, with the tag attached. We'll refund the order in full. We pay return shipping.

The rest.

We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or visibly altered. The fourteen-day window starts the day the package is delivered (per your tracking).

Edition is sold out or archived? We can't exchange — but we can refund and you can use the credit toward whatever's currently live.

Defects (misprint, hole, wrong size in the bag) — write us at contact@barrowandbond.com with a photo and we replace at no charge.

How to start a return.

Reply to your order confirmation email with REFUND in the subject line. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
